is a Nigerian non-profit, non-governmental organization dedicated to improving the wellbeing, resilience, and economic independence of vulnerable populations through integrated, inclusive, and sustainable interventions. SILF operates through a three-pillar strategic model: Women & Youth Empowerment, Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) and Humanitarian Response This model enables SILF to deliver end-to-end support across the vulnerability spectrum, from immediate crisis response to long-term recovery and sustainable development. SILF prioritizes Women and girls, youth (especially unemployed and marginalized), Persons with disabilities (PWDs), Survivors of gender-based violence (GBV), Internally displaced persons (IDPs)and Crisis-affected and underserved communitiesTo implement integrated empowerment, mental health, and humanitarian programs that support vulnerable populations to recover from crises, build resilience, and achieve sustainable livelihoods.

She is a Clinical Psychologist and humanitarian leader serving as the Country Director and the Chief Executive Director of Sim Impacting Lives Foundation (SILF), where she leads integrated programs across women and youth empowerment, mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS), and humanitarian response. Her work focuses on addressing the interconnected challenges of economic vulnerability, mental health, and crisis situations through a continuum of impact approach from emergency response to long-term resilience and self-reliance. She has strong expertise in program development, strategic leadership, and stakeholder engagement, driving initiatives that support women, youth, persons with disabilities, survivors of gender-based violence, and internally displaced persons. She has successfully positioned SILF as a humanitarian-development nexus organization, delivering inclusive, scalable, and sustainable interventions aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, and a Master’s degree in International Affairs and Diplomacy with a specialty in International Development. With this strong academic and professional foundation, she is committed to empowering vulnerable populations to recover, build resilience, and achieve sustainable livelihoods.
